• 2026 NZNO/HNZ Collective Agreement — new pay rates effective 2 March 2026 are now in the calculator. Your pay automatically switches to the 2026 rates once you confirm your employer has paid you on them.
• Backpay estimator — see how much you may be owed in backdated pay since 2 March. Add your shifts in the window and the app calculates the difference between old and new rates per fortnight.
• "What's my backpay" card on the dashboard with a double-confirm before switching your calculator to 2026 rates (locks in your backpay estimate at the time of confirmation).
• FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) setting added to your profile.

• PHC MECA support (Beta) — Pay calculations for practice nurses, enrolled nurses, medical receptionists, admin staff, HCAs and coordinators under the PHC collective agreement. Includes Saturday split penals, night rates and overtime thresholds.
• Fortnight Templates — Save your shift pattern as a reusable template and load it into future fortnights. Set it up once, reuse it every roster cycle.
• Calendar Export — Export your shifts to Google Calendar or Apple Calendar (.ics). Each shift shows up as an event.
• Fortnight Comparison — See how your current pay compares to last fortnight — gross pay, hours, overtime and penal differences at a glance.
